Q: Is your content original or aggregated?
A: Both. Beyond our own original research and monthly reports, we’re big on the idea of saving subscribers time by having a one-stop shop for intelligence and knowledge building. So we spend lots of time curating and collecting data beyond our own original research. This includes reports and case studies put out by companies in spatial computing (example). Collectively that makes the intelligence vault very extensive for an unmatched rate. We put lots of thought into how it’s all indexed, categorized and searchable so subscribers can find what they’re looking for quickly. And we’re readily available with the “Data Concierge” feature to help you find things.
Q: Do I need to technically be a startup to get the startup rate, an enterprise for the enterprise rate, and so on…?
A: No. The product tiers are built for suggested personas but anyone can subscribe at any level. Product tiers should be chosen based feature/goal alignment. An individual from an enterprise can subscribe at the individual rate if that feature set (one login, etc.) best aligns. But keep in mind that we don’t allow login/password sharing. Contact us if you’d like to customize packages, such as larger enterprise accounts that exceed 25 users.
Q: Do different subscription tiers get different access to content?
A: All subscription tiers get access to the full PRO intelligence vault, with the exception of
Pro: Single subscribers do not have access to ARtillery’s original market-sizing forecasts which are produced three times per year. Instead, they are offered top-level forecast findings; and can access the full remainder of the extensive Pro library.
Pro: Ad-Exec subscribers have a customized dashboard that has features and content-filtering tailored to their interests.
Otherwise, the difference in subscription tiers is mostly a function of the quantity of seats/logins, analyst access and data support (e.g. data concierge).
Q: $49-$99 per month seems cheap when some of your individual reports cost $2000. Does the PRO subscription include all reports or are any held back.
A: All subscription tiers get access to the full PRO intelligence vault, with the one exception of Pro: Single subscribers, who do not have access to ARtillery’s three annual market-sizing forecasts. They get access to everything else and are otherwise only limited by quantity of seats or support (e.g. Data Concierge).
Regarding subscription vs individual report pricing, we set it up that way to incentivize people towards greater ongoing value of a recurring subscription. We’re confident in the value and utility of the subscription and want the chance to prove that to you. If you see the value and subscribe for multiple terms, that bet pays off. But that said, we make it easy to cancel at any time in your account dashboard.
Q: What is the subscription term and how does that work?
A: We bill for subscriptions in six-month increments with pricing that aligns with the monthly rates specified above. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled, which is very easy to do in your subscriber dashboard.
Q: So I can cancel any time?
A: Yes, there are comprehensive account management options after you log in. That includes the ability to cancel anytime. When you cancel, service continues through the full term, but does not auto-renew. For example, if you’re working on a limited-term project and just want one subscription term, you can sign up an cancel right away while it’s fresh on your mind, Or you can set yourself a calendar alert for some future date prior to auto-renewal. If you forget and then notice you’ve been auto-renewed against your will, contact us within a few days and we’ll refund you. We’re easy-going about these matters.
Q: What if I want a quantity of seats/logins thats different from the standard amounts listed?
A: We have flexible enterprise rates and can work with you to customize packages and seat access on a pro-rated basis (including bulk discounts). Reach out to us.
Q: Our organization is growing. Can I upgrade mid-term?
A: We can handle that too. You can upgrade (or downgrade for that matter) to/from any of the PRO tiers and the remaining service term will be automatically pro-rated accordingly.
Q: We have budget now and the financial period is ending. Can we pay in advance for the next year?
A: Absolutely. Default terms are to pay for six months at a time, auto-renewed unless canceled. But we have other packages available or can easily customize something for you that meets your timing goals around budgetary matters. Reach out to us.
